The Italianminifg Frecce Tricolori pilot minifigure is sold with a flight helmet and a removable oxygen mask. The flight suit, rich in details and 360° printed on an original Lego, is part of the official equipment of a pilot of the National Aerobatic Team (Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale).

Commonly known as "Frecce Tricolori" (Tricolour Arrows), the National Aerobatic Team official name is "313º Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico". The Frecce Tricolori were born in 1961 at the Rivolto airport (Udine), as a permanent aerobatics training unit.

Collective aerobatic flight, for the Italian Air Force, is an almost centuries-old tradition: it dates back to 1929.

The airplanes used for the maneuvers are called "Pony", in honor of the personal insignia of the Italian flying ace, Francesco Baracca, painted on the left side of his aircraft: a prancing horse.

During the exhibitions, the National Aerobatic Team is made up of ten Aermacchi MB339A-PAN aircraft. Nine airplanes fly in formation and one is soloist. When the training manager is also present, the total number of aircraft making up the patrol rises to eleven. The Frecce Tricolori are the largest aerobatic team in the world.
