The Italianminifig alpine cape, available in open or closed version, was designed in our modeling department, 3D printed and hand painted. Each piece is unique.
The gray-green wool cape "mod. 1909" was supplied to the Royal Italian Army from the end of the nineteenth century until 1918.
After the Great War, it was used again in the Second World War by the Alpine troops engaged on the Greek front in 1940. Subsequently, it was granted to the Alpine troops on the Russian front: it was supposed to protect the soldiers from the rigors of temperatures, but the result was tragically disappointing.
(This product is not a toy: it is not suitable for children under the age of 14, due to the small parts that constitute it. It is a collector's item of historical interest. Each Italianminifig item does not intend to celebrate any authoritarian regime, not intends to foment hatred or a repressive spirit towards freedom and human rights).
